We have had the privilege of catering two events lately revolving around the Clinton School of Public Service www.clintonschool.uasys.edu/ . On Thursday night we catered a reception at Trapnall Hall www.oldstatehouse.com › Visitor Services › Trapnall Hall for the incoming class of 2012. Trapnall Hall is a beautiful venue and we always enjoy working there. The students are inspiring and all of the guests enjoyed themselves.

Last night we catered a reception at the Clinton School following a lecture and booksigning by photographer Dave Anderson who has just published a book marking the 5th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina titled One Block. lens.blogs.nytimes.com/2010/08/26/dave-anderson-in-new-orleans/?scp=17&sq=arkansas&st=cse. The presentation was very interesting and the reception was lovely.

The reception honoring Dr. Richard Jaquiss at Arkansas Children's Hospital yeaterday was lovely. The guests enjoyed the food and the reception was a nice send-off for Dr. Jaquiss and his family.

Wright Lindgey & Jennings LLP hosted a fundraiser for Mayor Mark Stodola last night. Members of the Pulaski county Bar Association were in attendance and the evening was enjoyed by all.

Thanks to Mike & Pam Ashcraft for allowing us to cater their son's wedding Saturday. The setting at their home was truly beautiful and we know that all of the guests had a great time.

We are really excited about Easter here at CTY. We still have precious Easter decorations  - wreaths, door decorations, gift baskets, candy and lots more.

We are busy taking orders for your Easter brunch or dinner. We will have the usual items in our case but will add carrot cakes, Bunny Petit fours, Carrot souffle, Florentine Artichoke casserole, Deviled eggs and many Brunch items.

We chose to combine our catering efforts with Brenda in order to provide the food and service required to meet your specific needs. Brenda is committed to excellence in food preparation, attention to detail, and gracious service.

Brenda has a long history in the catering business. She began with Susan Overton and Jo Ann Moody at A Very Special Tea Room during the mid-eighties. Brenda also managed Foster Cochran for 22 years until they sold that business to form Crave Creating Catering. For the past 5 years, Brenda worked from the kitchen at St. Mark's Episcopal Church.

We are very fortunate to have Brenda join our catering staff.
